Making Glutinous Rice Wine at Home - Day 0, Preparations - mixing Yeasts & Red Yeast Rice

The crushed yeast and red yeast rice could be used as they were, but I preferred to mix them by putting them into a blender and make them into mixed powder form. This will increase the contact with the rice and make the fermentation more quickly and more evenly. 

A little more work but also a little more love into the wine :)

*each bow in the pic is good for 5 kg of rice.

The crushed yeast and red yeast rice could be used as they were, but I preferred to mix them by putting them into a blender and make them into mixed powder form. This will increase the contact withe the rice and make the fermentation more quickly and more evenly. 盅碎的酵母和和红谷米,其实就可以备用了。但是我个人喜欢将它们放进搅拌器打成粉状,我认为这样可以使发酵程序更快速及渗透力更全面。

A little more work but also a little more love into the wine :) 比较多工,但是也给甜酒添加了更多的爱心:)
