1. Containers: best containers are grazed ceramic types, with big opening for easy access. For your first attempt, best to use a glass jar so you can see the fermentation progresses over times. I use both depending on volume of rice used.

1. Containers: best is grazed ceramic, with big opening for easy access; for first timer, best to use glass so you can see the fermentation progresses. I use both depending on volume of rice used. 容器:最好是使用瓷器,大口的比较方便。建议初学者使用玻璃容器,那么你可以清楚看见发酵的过程。这些都是我使用的容器,用哪个则是看做多或少而定。
