We have been brewing glutinous rice wine at home for several years. Mostly for own consumption, and some given away friends and relatives for their confinement cooking.
Recently some of them wanted to learn the making process and DIY at home, and some also wanted to "buy" instead of making it. So I created a this site and a Facebook page to describe the brewing process.
